  • Biography

I received my B. Sc. and M. Sc. degrees from Xidian University. Xi'an, China, and received my Ph.D. degree from the National University of Singapore, Singapore. During 2006, I was with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Duke University, as a postdoctoral research associate. From January 2007 to December 2010, I was a research associate with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Stevens Institute of Technology. I joined the University of Eletronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2011.
I am a recipient of the 2013 IEEE Vehicular Technology Soceity (VTS) Jack Neubauer Award and the 2024 IEEE Signal Process. Letters Best Paper Award. I was an Associate Technical Editor for IEEE Communications Magazine from 2012 to 2020, and was a Senior Associate Editor for IEEE Signal Processing Letters from 2018 to 2022. I am currently a Member of the IEEE SPS Sensor Array and Multichannel TC.
